This line is professional to produce WPC PVC FLUTED PANEL, with high degree of automation, convenient operation, continuous output, stable and reliable.

1.The equipment adapts to various formulations, the ratio of calcium can be increased up to 50%-200%, while the accessories required can be reduced by 30%.

2.The fluted panel has an exquisite appearance and uniform plasticization.

3.Laser tracking eliminates problems regarding the extrusion flow rate, which helps achieve automation of the entire extrusion process.

4.Through the use of PID controller, this extrusion machine provides an automatic alarm in case of emergency.

The vacuum shaping table adopts special eddy current system to enhance cooling effect. The unique control skills of horizontal tilt and three dimension regulations embody perfectly for convenient operation. According to the different moulds and shaping tables, you can select corresponding sizing tables to meet the requirement of high output.

The tractor uses the unique fluctuation technology and back pressure control with caterpillars around it. The cutter’s move speed keeps with the tractor. It can automatically cut for fixed length and it also equipped with powder recycle device.
